Sheldia Todd, 68 passed away April 9, 2016 at her home in Granby, Missouri. S
Sheldia was born in Carthage, MO, May 22, 1947 to J.B. Clayton and Cupy (Patton) Clayton. She was a lifetime Jasper County resident and had worked at Big Smith, Wal-Mart and Fairview Greenhouse. Sheldia was a member of the Salvation Army Church, and a member of the 2590 post Carthage, the ladies Auxiliary and the Salvation Army ladies home league.
Sheldia was united in marriage to Carroll Todd, November 14, 1970 in Reeds, Missouri, he survives. Sheldia is survived by three daughters Carol Morris (Frank) of Marionville, MO., Janet Vinzant of Carthage, MO and Christy Todd and (Chris Hensley) of Granby, MO. Ten grandchildren and five great grandchildren. One sister Francis Clayton of Carthage, MO and one brother Troy Clayton of Cassville, MO. Sheldia is preceded by her parents and one brother Max Clayton.
Graveside services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Friday April 15, 2016 at Fasken Cemetery east of Carthage. Visitation will be held from 12:30 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. Friday April 15, 2016 at Ulmer Funeral Home, prior to the graveside service. Contributions can be made to the Sheldia Todd memorial fund in care of Ulmer Funeral Home. Online condolences can be made at www.ulmerfh.com.
