Tristen Gavin Turner, age 24, Joplin, passed away at 12:45 p.m. Sunday, May 24, 2020 at his home after a sudden illness.
Tristen was born January 19, 1996 in Joplin, Missouri to Melissa Turner and Mikeal Bobski and had lived in Joplin all of his life.
He graduated from Joplin High School in 2014 and worked at Buffalo Run Casino as a games dealer. He enjoyed music; playing video games and golfing with his grandfather. He will be missed by everyone that knew and loved him.
Survivors include his mother, Melissa Turner; his father, Mikeal Bobski and wife, Sheily; half-sister, Whitney Pollard; step sisters, Kamryn Hartin, Kailyn Hartin; one stepbrother, Kyle Baker; grandfather, James Turner; grandmother, Debby Brill; great-grandmother, Jeannette McGhee; two aunts, Jennifer Knipp and Jennifer Bobski; one uncle, T.J. Turner and wife, Kristin and several extended family members.
Tristen was preceded in death by grandmother, Glenda Turner; and great grandparents, Sunny Turner, Harding Turner and Sladen McGhee.
Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Parker Mortuary.
