Phyllis L. Harris, 74, Wyandotte, OK passed away June 21, 2020 at the Seneca House Nursing Home after a long illness.
Phyllis Lee Twomey was born December 27, 1945 in Bonne Terre, MO the daughter of Theodore and Marcella (Richardson) Twomey. Phyllis loved crafting, quilting, scrapbooking and crocheting. She formerly worked for Eagle Picher in Seneca and retired from Eagle Picher in Joplin, MO. Phyllis loved to spend time with her grandchildren, family and her friends. Phyllis was of the Baptist faith.
Phyllis Lee Twomey married Samuel Edwards and he preceded her in death in 1980. Phyllis married Charlie Harris and he preceded in her in death 2008.
Phyllis was also preceded in death by three sisters Gwen Helems and Deloris Twomey and Sheila Armour and one grandson Avery Edwards.
Survivors include one son, Sam Edwards, Wyandotte; One daughter, Tracy Dipley, Joplin, MO; siblings, Sherlyn Tyler, Purcell, MO, Sheryal Grooms, Joplin, MO and Hazel Wood, Decatur, IL; five grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren and a host of friends.
The family will receive friends from 6 to 7 pm, Thursday at the Campbell-Biddlecome Funeral Home, Seneca, MO.
Funeral services will be held at 10 am, Friday at the Campbell-Biddlecome Funeral Home, Seneca.
