Beverly Philliber

Beverly Jean Philliber, age 73, Carl Junction, Missouri, passed away on Thursday, June 18, 2020 at Landmark Hospital of Joplin.

Beverly was born September 3, 1946 in Joplin, daughter of the late Gerald and Patsy Rose Fannin. She grew up in Joplin, and graduated from Joplin High School. She attended different classes throughout her life to help with the accounting she did for her businesses. 

She was owner and operator of the 7-11 in Webb City for 23 years, and most recently was co-owner and operator of the BJ Mini Mart in Noel, Missouri, which she ran for 22 years. She retired in 2015. 








In addition to her parents, Beverly was preceded in death by her son, Chad Norvell, and a granddaughter, Krystal Griggs.

Survivors include her husband, Terry J. Philliber; daughter, Carri Carlson and husband Shawn of Little Rock, Arkansas; daughter-in-law, Laura Norvell of Joplin; grandchildren, Jacob Miller and wife Jami of Frisco, Colorado, Amber Seitz and husband Jack, Serenity Norvell, Laci Carlson all of Joplin, and Ozzy Carlson of Little Rock; great-grandchildren, Emma Seitz and Leyton Braun; brother, Gary Fannin and wife Vivian of Grove, Oklahoma; sister, Barbara Van Fleet of Joplin; several nieces and nephews.

Funeral service will be Wednesday, June 24, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. in Parker Mortuary Chapel with Pastor Alan McCamey officiating. Interment will follow in Ozark Memorial Park Cemetery.
