Bonnie Sue Norris, 67, of Carl Junction, Missouri, passed away Wednesday, June 24, 2020, at Mercy Hospital in Joplin.
Bonnie was born November 13, 1952, in Chillicothe, Missouri, to the union of the late Fred W. and Eldora (Elliot) Hicks. During her lifetime, Bonnie worked in factory production and restaurant settings. She was a devoted wife and a loving mother.
Bonnie married Samuel Edward Norris and he preceded her in death in 2006.
She was also preceded in death by an infant daughter, Angela, and a brother.
Bonnie is survived by two sons, Quentin Norris and Richard Hicks, both of Carl Junction; two grandchildren, Vince Hicks and Shasta Wilkins; five siblings, Judy, Paula, Linda, Jim and Richard; as well as a host of nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
No formal services are planned at this time. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Parker Mortuary, Joplin, Missouri.
