Jeremy Alan Vincent, known lovingly as Jeremy, passed away on July 19, 2026, in Joplin, Missouri, at the age of 40. He was born on January 11, 1986, in Joplin, Missouri, and spent his life rooted in the community he called home. Jeremy was a Christian man whose life reflected the values of love, generosity, and devotion to family and friends.

Jeremy will be remembered most for the deep love he had for his family and the steady presence he brought to the lives of those around him. He is survived by his loving wife, Rachelle Vincent of Joplin, MO. He also leaves behind his mother, Lisa Kaye (Jones) Parnell and Mark of Joplin, MO; his father, Dennis Lee Vincent of Miami, OK, and his stepmother, Misty Tiffany of Miami, OK. His children, Lincoln Vincent of Joplin, MO, Lexi Vincent and Gavin of Joplin, MO, Kelsey Johnson of Joplin, MO, and Chloe Kerrigan of Sarcoxie, MO, were among the greatest joys of his life.

He is also survived by his siblings, Travis Vincent and Ebony of Oronogo, MO, Ashley Vincent and Clyde of Joplin, MO, Heather Graham and Dallas of Miami, OK, DeLisa Vincent and Cheree of Joplin, MO, and Mindy Wilmoth of Miami, OK. Jeremy was blessed with a large extended family and many dear friends, all of whom will carry forward his memory with love and gratitude. He was preceded in death by his maternal and paternal grandparents, one stepbrother, Tyler Wilmoth, and his niece, Demi Vincent.

Jeremy dedicated more than eight years of his career to Lancaster Signs in Joplin, where he worked as a graphic designer. He took pride in his work and used his creativity and skill to contribute meaningfully to the company and the people around him. His professional life reflected his dependable nature and his willingness to give his best in all that he did.

Outside of work, Jeremy found his greatest happiness in the simple and meaningful moments of everyday life. He loved spending every moment he could with his family and especially cherished time with his children, nieces, and nephews. He enjoyed watching the Philadelphia Eagles and collecting Pokemon cards in his free time. He also had a passion for building computers, a hobby that reflected both his curiosity and his talent. Jeremy was known for watching over his nieces and nephews with care and affection, and he took that role to heart.

Jeremy was also an avid animal lover, and his dogs brought him tremendous joy. He especially loved his fur baby Niko, whose memory remained close to his heart. Sadie, Sophie, Ella, and Winston helped brighten even the hardest days and were a source of comfort and companionship. His gentle spirit and love for animals were yet another reflection of the kindness that defined him.

Funeral services will take place on Friday, July 24 at 2 p.m. at the Parker Mortuary Chapel with Pastor Gene Bebee officiating with burial to follow at Ozark Memorial Park Cemetery. The family will receive friends for the visitation on Thursday, July 23 from 6 to 8 p.m. at Parker Mortuary.
