Juan Jose Olvera, age 33, of Noel, Missouri, passed away on July 10, 2026.
Juan Jose Olvera was born on January 29, 1993, in Calvillo, Mexico, to Javier Olvera and Rosa Martha Olvera. At the age of 16, he moved with his family to Noel, Missouri.
He was employed by Opal Foods in Neosho, Missouri. Outside of work, Juan found joy in simple and meaningful pleasures. He enjoyed fishing, riding his bike, dancing, and spending time with his family.
These interests reflected the easygoing and affectionate nature that so many admired in him. Whether he was enjoying the outdoors, sharing a dance, or gathering with loved ones, he made the most of each moment and brought happiness to those around him.
Family was central to Juan’s life. He is survived by his parents, Javier Olvera and Rosa Martha Olvera; two siblings, Gricelda Olvera and Luis Olvera; his paternal grandmother, Emila Avila; as well as a host of other family and friends.
Funeral services are 10:00 a.m. Thursday, July 16, 2026 at Nativity of our Lord Catholic Church in Noel, Missouri, with Father Charles Dunn officiating. Burial will follow at Noel Cemetery.
Those honoring his life by serving as pallbearers are Javier Olvera, Luis Olvera, Jose Angel, Omar Vargas Olvera, Rene Vargas Olvera, Ismael Martinez, Enrique Martinez, Fabian Fernandez and Ailton Martinez. Arrangements are under the care of Ozark Funeral Home in Anderson, Missouri.
