Sharon LaRue


SHARON KAY LARUE, age 82, of the Keith Springs Community in Belvidere, Tenn., departed this life on Saturday, July 25, 2026, at Highpoint Health Hospital in Winchester. Born in Popular Bluff, MO, she was the daughter of the late Billy Kay and Peggy Elouise Pleasant Bledsoe. 

Mrs. LaRue attended the Owl Hollow Church of Christ and enjoyed flower gardening, making jewelry, going shopping, being outside listening to the birds and spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren.








In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Donald Bryan LaRue and one daughter, Teresa Long.

Mrs. LaRue is survived by three daughters, Tamara Watkins (James) of Joplin, MO, Kim Pruitt of Iowa and Rebecca LaRue-Stephens (Williiam) of Belvidere; grandchildren, Katie Norris (Justin Bowling) of MN, Morgan Norris of MN, Bryan Stanton (Liz) of Iowa, Kelbi Stanton of Iowa, Toni Jean Biery of Winchester, TN, Donny McDowell (Sarah) of Carl Junction, MO, Stephanie McDowell of Webb City, MO, Dustin Eastin (Alana) of Granby, MO, Jazmin Hickman (Jared) of PLeasantville. Iowa, Irie Robinson (Zack Houseman) of Mingo, Iowa, Stephanie Garcia of OK, Dylan Stephens (Cortney) of Belvidere and Mathew Stephens (Karas Cowley) of Chattanooga; twenty-two great grandchildren; brother, David Bledsoe of Campbell, MO and sister, Suzie McArthor of Swifton, Arkansas.

A Celebration of Life Service is scheduled on Saturday, August 1, 2026 at 11 AM at the Owl Hollow Church of Christ.
