(From Mason-Woodard Mortuary)Allen C. DeVillers, age 72, of Webb City, Missouri passed away July 24, 2026 after a short illness.
Allen was born January 6, 1954 in Joplin, Missouri to his parents Phillip H. and Joyce (Colson) DeVillers.
He graduated from Memorial High School in 1972 and worked several years at May’s Drug. In 1981 he moved to California and returned to the area after working as a supervisor at Arrowhead Industries.
He is survived by his sister, Karen Layman (Ken) of Webb City, Missouri, Randy DeVillers of Carthage, Missouri, nephews, Chris Miller (Stormy) of Joplin, Missouri, Dustin Devillers, Tampa, Florida, Phillip DeVillers (Caitlin) of Webb City, Missouri, two great nephews, and three great nieces.
His loyalty always remained to Missouri sport teams, especially the St. Louis Cardinals, often quoting stats about the players and memorable games.
Memorial contributions may be made to The Solace House of the Ozarks 2425 Mina Ave. Joplin, Missouri.
The family will have a memorial service at a later date.
Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Mason-Woodard Mortuary & Crematory Joplin, Missouri.
