Kathy K. (Marsh) Welker, 70, of Aurora, Missouri, went home to be with the Lord on July , 12, 2026.

Kathy was born at Tacoma General Hospital in Tacoma, Washington on November 16, 1955 to Tony and Elsie Marsh. She grew up in Spanaway, Washington and attended and graduated from Bethel High School in 1975. She also attended Tacoma Community College and Clover Park Technical College. She worked as a nurses aide, home daycare, preschool teacher, and homemaker. She retired from early childhood development/education.

Kathy was a Christian who loved and adored the Lord Jesus Christ and tried her best to put God first. She was also an avid collector of Precious Moments which brought her joy. Kathy also enjoyed gardening, decorating, cooking, and spending time with friends and loved ones. Wherever she lived she made the house a home.

She is survived by her husband of 48 years, Brian; their two sons Chad (Alan) and Bryan (Anthony); her sister Roxanne; three nephews; several cousins; and special people who came into her life over the years. Kathy loved her family dearly.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, July 18 at 11:00 a.m. in the Peterson Funeral Chapel. Burial will follow in Maple Park Cemetery. Visitation will be held Saturday from 10:00 a.m. until service time in the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers, Kathy asked that donations could be made to the Precious Moments Foundation or the American Cancer Society.
