(From Clark Funeral Home)Larry Wayne Peters, 74, of Granby, Missouri, passed away at his home on July 12, 2026. He was born on September 14, 1951, in Granby, Missouri, to Melvin Wayne Peters and Vera Dean (Sitler) Peters.
Larry graduated from East Newton High School with the Class of 1969. He dedicated more than 40 years of service to Teledyne, where he worked as a Test Cell Mechanic.
Larry married Stella Maxine (Johnson) Peters. Together they built a life centered on family and shared many happy years together.
Larry loved spending time visiting with his brother, enjoyed target shooting, and especially square dancing with his wife.
He is survived by his loving wife, Stella Maxine Peters; his three children, Christina Peters of Granby, Missouri, Kevin Peters of Neosho, Missouri, Kelly Peters of Joplin, Missouri.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Melvin Wayne Peters and Vera Dean (Sitler) Peters, and brother Bobby Dean Peters.
Private family services will be held.
