Dorothy Gaylene Harp, 87, Youngtown, AZ, formerly of Carthage, MO, passed away Sunday, May 24, 2015 in Youngtown, AZ. Dorothy was born November 26, 1927 in Carthage, MO to the late Willis John Jeffers and Erma Belle (Linder) Jeffers. She retired after many years as a baker and cake decorator in the Sutter Memorial Hospital, Sacramento, CA. She was the founder of Four Paws Animal Rescue in Youngtown, AZ.
