Kathyrne (Kathy) Harris, 54, passed away June 4, 2015 at Mercy McCune Hospital in Carthage.
Kathy was born March 1, 1961 in Kansas City Missouri to Glen Gardner and Marjorie Gardner. Kathy was a resident of southwest Missouri for the past 30 years; she was a former school bus driver and had worked at McCune Brooks Hospital as a cook. Kathy was an avid Kansas City Chiefs fan. She was a member of the V.F.W. post # 2590 the Edward D. Wiggins post.
Kathy is survived by her mother Marjorie Gardner of Edwards, MO one daughter Faith Thompson and one son Tyler Harris both of Carthage one granddaughter EmmaLyn Thompson, one sister Karen Kuhn of Olathe, Kansas, and one brother Stephen Gardner of Moberly, MO.,also survived by several nieces,nephews and friends. Kathy is preceded by her father Glen Gardner.
Memorial services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday June 9, 2015 at Ulmer Funeral Home. Contributions can be made to the Community Christian Church Avilla Mo in care of Ulmer Funeral Home.
