Esther Kluge

Esther Valeria Kluge, 84, Wyandotte, OK, died June 2, 2015 at her pastor's home, following a lengthy illness. 

Valeria was born Jan. 14, 1931 in Enid, OK, the daughter of Fred and Clara (Mullin) Brewer. She was a lifelong area resident and a homemaker. She was a member of the Sycamore Chapel United Methodist Church and had served as chairman of the PPR for 15 years, she served as president of the local UMW for four years; she was a lay speaker for 20 years; had traveled to Honduras and Costa Rica for missions trips and served as conference office of the State of Oklahoma for four years. She enjoyed spending time with her family and supporting her church in many capacities. 

Valeria and Eugene C. Kluge were married on Sept. 25, 1947 and he preceded her in death on March 31, 2015. She is survived by three daughters, Theresa Roxanne Kluge of Bentonville, AR; Deborah Huber and husband, Rusty of Tulsa, OK and Jacqueline McCloud of Seneca; three sisters, Ann Stapleton of Little Flock, AR; Pat Archer and husband, Melvin of Hayesville, KS; Barbara Bahnks of Rogers, AR; sister in law, Marjorie Grimm of Republic, MO; five grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
