(From Clark Funeral Home)Delbert Preston Edwards, age 64, of Neosho, Missouri, passed away at 4:57 p.m. on Friday, September 9, 2022, at his home. He was born April 16, 1958, in Neosho, the son of the late Frank Leroy and Olive Ann (Showalter) Edwards.
Delbert was a lifelong resident of Neosho and graduated from Neosho High School in 1976. He worked as a plumber for Stroop and Bowler before starting his own plumbing business. Delbert thoroughly enjoyed fishing and the outdoors.
He is survived by his children Christopher (Felicia) Edwards of Siloam Springs, Arkansas, and Amanda Dawn Edwards of Neosho; brother Joe (Donna) Edwards of Neosho; two sisters, Janet (Joey) Alexander of Neosho and Vonna (Rick) Cade of ElPaso, Texas; and four grandchildren, Datyn Jennings, and Vallie, Hinslee and Rowan Edwards.
In addition to his parents, one sister Donna Winnings, and two brothers, Roger and Richard Edwards, preceded him in death.
Private family services will be held at a late date. The Clark Funeral Home in Neosho has conducted arrangements.
