Alvin Hill, 58, of Carthage, passed away on October 30, 2014 at his home. Alvin was born December 13, 1955 in Joplin. He was the son of James Hill and Clair Mae Roders Hill. Alvin was a longtime Jasper County resident. He was employed by Taco Gringo.
Alvin is survived by two daughters, Monica Triplett of Carthage and Audra Hill of Carthage, his father, James Hill, four brothers; James A. Hill of Joplin, Lionel Hill of Cameron, Stephen Hill of St. Joseph, Mo and Michael Hill of Joplin, three of sisters; Elizabeth Hudson of Joplin, Annette Fields of Joplin and Anise Hill of Joplin and 6 grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his mother, Clair Mae Hill and an uncle Joe Hill.
Services will be 3:00 p.m. Sunday, November 2, 2014 at the Ulmer Funeral Home. Online condolences may be sent at www.ulmerfh.com . Arrangements are under the direction of the Ulmer Funeral Home.
