Tylin James Smith, age 20, Joplin, passed away at 4:58 p.m. Saturday, October 25, 2014 from injuries he sustained in a two vehicle accident Northwest of Joplin.
Tylin was born March 24, 1994 in Wauseon, Ohio to Matthew Smith and Kimberley Robinson Smith and had lived in Joplin the past 13 years.
He enjoyed riding his motorcycle; competing with his brother on XBOX and spending as much time as he could with his daughter, Tru.
Tylin is survived by his mother, Kimberley Smith, Joplin; his brother, Dravin Randall, Joplin; his father, Mathew Smith, West Unity, Ohio; maternal grandparents, Jim and Peggy Robinson, Fayette, Ohio; paternal grandparents, Bill and Deb Smith, West Unity, Ohio; his daughter, Tru Leigh Tilton and her mother, Ashton, Joplin; and several other extended family members and many friends.
Services are planned for Thursday at 11:00 a.m. at Parker Mortuary Chapel. Howard Nunnely will officiate. The family will receive friends Wednesday from 6-7:00 p.m. at Parker Mortuary.
Arrangements are under the direction of Parker Mortuary.
