Dee Judd, 88, Neosho, died October 18, 2014 at his home following an illness.
He was born September 24, 1926 in Granby, the son of Elmer Cecil and Minerva Faye (Tanner) Judd. Dee spent most of his life in Granby. He was a road construction worker for 19 ½ years and drove a truck for Talbot Wire for 21 years. He rode horses and roped calves in rodeos, loved playing music with his band and enjoyed hunting and NASCAR. He was a member of the Granby Methodist Church.
Dee married Patty Franks on November 21, 1945 in Treece, Kansas, and she survives. Also surviving are four daughters, Deanna Givens and husband, David, Toni Hobson and husband, Jerry, Theresa Holloway and husband, James, and Carla Judd, all of Granby; a sister, Ruth Laris of Granby, 9 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren. Dee was preceded in death by his parents, a grandson, John Mishler, and a son-in-law, Charlie Mishler.
