Michael D. Thomas, 51, Brookline, former Neosho resident, died Oct. 19, 2014 at Mercy Hospital in Springfield, following a sudden illness.
Michael was born December 7, 1962 in Springfield and graduated from Central High School in Springfield in 1981. He lived in Neosho for several years and returned to the Springfield area. Michael worked in manufacturing, he collected die cast model cars and was an avid Nascar and Cardinal fan.
Michael and Jenia White were married on Jan. 15, 1988 in Miami, OK and she survives. He is also survived by a daughter, Danielle Thomas, Springfield and twin daughters, Lindsay Thomas and Jodi Thomas, Brookline; his mother, Geraldine (Jerri) Lindsey, Carthage and Father in law and mother in law, Tom and Esther White, Granby. He is preceded in death by his father, Joe D. Thomas.
