Quinton R. Reynolds, 65, rural Carthage, passed away Friday, October 17, 2014 after a sudden illness. Quinton R. Reynolds was born May 9, 1949 in Granby, MO, a son of the late Q.L. Reynolds and Louva Christine Relf Reynolds. He was a graduate of Sarcoxie High School, Class of 1967 and married Donna Routt on June 16, 1968 in Sarcoxie. Quinton was born and raised on the farm and was operating his dairy farm at the time of his death. He was a member of the First Baptist Church, Sarcoxie.
Survivors include his wife, Donna, of the home; two sons, Richard Scott Reynolds and Steven Wayne (Angela) Reynolds, Carthage; one sister, Sharon (Larry) Jackson, Reeds, MO; one brother, John (Deloris) Reynolds, Carthage; three grandchildren, Kandra Adams, Emily Reynolds and Kenneth Reynolds, Carthage. He was preceded in death by his parents.
Visitation will be held from 7:00 – 8:00 PM, Wednesday, October 22 at Knell Mortuary, Carthage. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 AM, Thursday, October 23 at the First Baptist Church Sarcoxie. Interment will be in Sarcoxie Cemetery, Sarcoxie, MO. Memorial gifts are suggested to the First Baptist Church, Sarcoxie. Online condolences may be expressed through www.knellmortuary.com.
