Dale W. Frost, 57, Wyandotte, OK, passed away Thursday, October 16, 2014 after a sudden illness at work. Dale Wayne Frost was born September 21, 1957 in Carthage, MO, the son of Thomas Jackson Frost and Dorothy Louise Baker Frost. He was a graduate of Jasper High School, Jasper, MO, Class of 1975 and was a U.S. Marine veteran. He married Brenda Joyce Kroulik on September 5, 2005; she survives. Dale worked for the Milnot Plant, Seneca, MO, as a maintenance man.
Additional survivors include a daughter; Rachel (Will) Ferguson, Fulton, MO; three sons, Billy (Frances) Evans, Wyandotte, OK, Kete (Mindy) Evans, Wyandotte, OK and Nathan Brake, Agenda, KS; a sister, Vera Mae (Rick) Rector, Brooklyn Heights; five grandchildren; his mother, Dorothy Shrewsbury and step-father, John Shrewsbury, Carthage, MO.
Visitation will be held from 6:00 – 7:00 PM, Tuesday, October 21 at Knell Mortuary, Carthage. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM, Wednesday, October 22 in the Knell Mortuary Chapel.
