Nadine (Ferguson) Stipp, 91, Neosho, died November 3, 2014 at Freeman Neosho following a long illness.
Nadine was born December 25, 1922 in Crane Missouri. She spent most of her life in the Granby-Neosho area. Nadine was a teacher for 32 years in Kansas and Missouri. She spent 27 of those years teaching second grade in the Neosho School District. Nadine was an avid painter, wrote poetry and loved artwork. But most of all she loved teaching and children. She was a member of Hillcrest Church of Christ and the Missouri Retired Teachers Association.
Nadine married George William Marion Ferguson and he preceded her in death. She married Raymond Earl Stipp on August 11, 1991 and he preceded her in death on December 26, 2009. Nadine is survived by one son, Bill Ferguson and wife, Sherrie of Eldon, Missouri; one step daughter, Pam Babb and husband, Pete of Neosho; three step sons, Ray Stipp and wife, Alma of Neosho, Tom Stipp and wife, Marsha of Lebanon, Missouri and Tim Stipp and wife, Benna of Granby; three grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren and numerous step grandchildren and step great grandchildren.
