Arthur G. Burgos, age 69, Joplin, passed away on Friday, June 13, 2014 at Freeman West Hospital.
Arthur was born September 14, 1944 in Dublin, Ireland, and moved to California as a child. He moved to Joplin in 1971, and worked for Vickers for several years before working at St. John’s as a Process QA, Maintenance Technician in the Radiology department for over 20 years before retiring. He was a member of Joplin Full Gospel Church, 26th and Indiana.
Survivors are his wife, Rosemary Burgos; daughter, Kelley Marie Leathers and two grandsons.
Memorial services will be Saturday, June 21, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. with Jason Hoxie and Pastor John Myer officiating at Joplin Full Gospel Church.
Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Parker Mortuary.
In lieu of flowers, family requests that memorial contributions be made to the Joplin Full Gospel Church Youth Program.
