He was born on November 11, 1925 in Webb City, Mo the son of Joe and Bernice “Kent” Day. Ronald was a 1944 graduate of Webb City High School. A Veteran serving his country with the United States Army. He married Permalee Hutchinson on December 24, 1947 in Joplin, Mo. He worked as a Minister and a carpenter. He was a member of the Full Gospel Evangelist Association and loved his family especially his grandkids. He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother.
Survivors include his wife Permalee of the home, two sons: Jim Day and wife Rene of Joplin, Mo and Thom Day and wife Connie of Arnold, MO; two daughters: Becky Todd and husband Kent of Broken Arrow, OK and Debbie Barnett and husband Bob of Coweta, OK, two brothers, twelve grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
Graveside Services will be held at 10:00 am Friday at the Ozark Memorial Park Cemetery with Rev. Bob Simon officiating. The Family suggests contributions to the charity of one’s choice in care of the mortuary. Arrangements entrusted to Mason-Woodard Mortuary.
