Bobby Eugene Johnson, Neosho, entered into rest on April 21, 2020 in the comfort of his home at the age of 88.
Bobby was born October 25, 1931 in Little Kansas, Oklahoma, the son of Robert and Martha (Berg) Johnson. He served his country in the U.S. Air Force during the Korean Conflict, 1951-1954 before being honorably discharged.
Bob owned and operated Bob's Apco Station in Neosho and then was a bus driver for the Neosho Public Schools. He enjoyed woodworking and traveling. Bob was a great man, a wonder husband and terrific father.
Bob and Marie E. (Williams) were married on December 31, 1987 in Henderson, Nevada and she survives.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by his children, Susan Johnson, Catherine Johnson, Michael (Jennifer) Johnson of Joplin; stepchildren, Doressa (Joe) Davis of Mt. Vernon, Phyllis (Anthony) Thomas of Springfield and Roger (Marketa) Harvey of Rocky Comfort; twelve grandchildren and ten great grandchildren.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by a daughter, Deborah Damron.
