(From Clark Funeral Home)Deborah Joyce Barber, 69, of Neosho, Missouri, passed away on March 13, 2026, at Mercy Hospital in Joplin, Missouri.
Deborah was born on April 28, 1956, in Long Beach, California, to Harvey Blount and Rosabelle Jaggers. She graduated from Phineas Banning High School in California.
She had an excellent sense of humor, a strong will, and a huge heart. She was known above all as a loving mother and grandmother. Described by her children, she truly loved people and never hesitated to show it.
Deborah is survived by her children: Richard Elmore, Mike Bauer, Nikki Danley, Shauna (Trevor) Gardner, Charlotte (David) Corley, and Jamie Twigger. She is also survived by her grandchildren: Brittany Campbell (Royal Hodge), Nathan (Taylor) Stephens, Autumn Corley, Josie Danley, and Harley Danley; and her great-grandchildren: Nylia Hodge, Royal Hodge IV, and Niveah Hodge. She also leaves behind her fur baby, Sheeba. She loved her dog very much.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Harvey Blount and Rosabelle Jaggers.
Deborah’s body was cremated, and no services are scheduled.
