Linda Hall

(From Peterson Funeral Chapel)

Linda Loy Hall, age 80 of Monett, Missouri passed away peacefully, leaving behind a legacy of strength, faith, and quiet kindness. She was born on November 13, 1945, in McPherson, Kansas.

Linda was a woman of deep faith who lived her life with purpose and compassion. She generously gave her time to her community, volunteering at the hospital and local voting polls, always willing to serve wherever there was a need. Her faith was not only something she believed, but something she demonstrated daily through her actions, her service, and the way she cared for others.

She had a feisty spirit and a playful sense of humor, often joking and teasing those she loved. Though she could be quiet, she was always thoughtful, observing the world around her with intention and kindness. Linda had a way of making people feel seen and understood without needing many words.

Family was at the center of Linda’s life. She deeply loved spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, cherishing every moment with them. Whether through laughter, stories, or simply being together, those moments were among her greatest joys.

She lived an incredibly active and inspiring life. A determined and driven individual, Linda completed many marathons and participated in biking races across states, an accomplishment that reflected her strength, perseverance, and fearless approach to life. She was a powerful woman who truly did anything she set her mind to.

Linda also had a love for football and wasn’t shy about it. While her family stood firmly behind the Kansas City Chiefs, she remained a loyal and outspoken Denver Broncos fan, and made sure everyone knew it.

She is survived by her son, Kim Hall, and his wife, Sherri Hall; her grandchildren, Travis Nicholls (wife, Megan), Dustin Hall (wife, Sami), Ashton Wittorff (husband, Eric), Jordan Gibson (husband, Cody), and Ryan Hall; and her great-grandchildren, Jacob Wittorff, Brooke Nicholls, Paige Nicholls, Emilia Wittorff, Derrick Hall, and Jackson Wittorff.
