Teresa Andrus

Teresa Carol Andrus, age 60, of Battlefield, Missouri, passed away at 3:00 a.m. on Saturday, March 21, 2026, at the Ozark Riverview Manor, in Ozark Missouri. She was born August 17, 1965, in Kansas City, Missouri, the daughter of James Leon and Naomi Carol (Smith) Ray.

Teresa was a 1983 graduate of Aurora High School, in Aurora, Missouri. She worked as an administrative assistant for the State of Missouri, for 30 years.

On September 21, 1984, she married Donald Eugene Andrus, in Aurora, Missouri.

Teresa is survived by her husband of 41 years, Donald; two sons, Grant Andrus of Harrah, Oklahoma and Cole Andrus and his fiancée, Sara Compton, of Springfield, Missouri; two granddaughters, Jocelyn and Riley Andrus; two step grandchildren, Rowan and Oliver Compton; one sister, Pamela Pace of Springfield, Missouri; one brother, Steven Ray, of Springfield, Missouri; four nieces and nephews, Trevor and Sarah Pace, and McKenna Pace, all of Springfield, Missouri and Brayden Andrus of Aurora, Missouri; one brother-in-law, Darrell Andrus of Aurora, Missouri, and several aunts and uncles.

Teresa was preceded in death by her parents, James, and Naomi Ray; her stepmother, Freda Ray; her brother-in-law, Randy Pace; her mother-in-law, Margaret Victory, and her grandparents.

A visitation will be held from 6:00-8:00 p.m. on Wednesday, March 25, 2026, at Crafton-Cantrell Funeral Home in Aurora, Missouri. A funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, March 26, 2026, in the funeral home chapel. Burial will follow at Clio Cemetery south of Aurora, Missouri.

In lieu of flowers, plants would be appreciated and memorial donations may be made payable to the Clio Cemetery in care of the funeral home.
