(From Brown-Winters Funeral Home)Debra Mabury, 59, a longtime Pizza Hut manager, passed away on Friday, March 13, 2026, at her home. She was born on June 12, 1966, in Joplin, Missouri, to Ron and Rose (Roberts) Grissom. She graduated from Joplin High School with the Class of 1984.
On May 28, 1988, she married the love of her life, Chris Mabury. She worked at the Pizza Hut Express in Miami for 24 years. In Debra’s free time, she would play Pokémon and loved to be with her family more than anything. Debra was preceded in passing by her mother, Rose Grissom.
Survivors include her husband Chris Mabury, her parents Ron and Deborah Grissom, her children Samantha Shelby and her husband Brad, Cameron Mabury and his wife Briana, Brandon Mabury and his wife Sarah, Nicholas Mabury and his wife Samantha, Charlee Deaton, her sister Angie Ryals, her grandchildren Dakota Marling, Theoden Shelby, Dante Shelby, Conner Mabury, Cloud Mabury, Everly Mabury, Xander Mabury, Oliver Mabury and Maizey Mabury.
There will be a private Celebration of Life for Debra’s family and friends. Cremation Services have been placed in the care of Brown-Winters Funeral Home and Cremation Service in Miami.
