(From Crafton-Cantrell Funeral Home)Patricia Ann Garbee, age 90, of Marionville, Missouri, passed away at 8:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 5, 2026, at the Ozarks Methodist Manor, in Marionville. She was born on December 12, 1935, in Springfield, Missouri, the daughter of Finis and Mildred (Robbins) Gipson.
Patricia was a 1953 graduate of Crane High School, in Crane, Missouri and attended Draughon’s Business College in Springfield, Missouri. She was Court Clerk for the Circuit Court of Springfield, Missouri and was a Certified Nurse’s Aide. Patricia enjoyed doing her charcoal drawings, watercolor and oil paintings; reading and traveling and was a member of the Church of Christ in Aurora, Missouri.
Patricia is survived by her son, Doug Garbee and his wife, Lori, of Crane, Missouri; five grandchildren, Kara (Jeremie) McKnight of Galena, Missouri, Joseph Garbee of Springfield, Missouri, Nick Garbee of Crane, Missouri, Luke (Brittany) Garbee of Billings, Missouri and Brett Garbee of Crane, Missouri; ten great-grandchildren; one great-great granddaughter and many extended family and friends.
Patricia was preceded in death by her parents, Finis, and Mildred; one son, Jeff Garbee; one brother, Merlin Gipson and one great-grandson, Reid Garbee.
The family would like to thank the nurses and staff of Good Shepherd Hospice and the Ozarks Methodist Manor for all the wonderful care and kindness you showed to Patricia and our family.
A graveside service under the direction of Crafton-Cantrell Funeral Home, in Aurora, Missouri, will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, March 14, 2026, at Mars Hill Cemetery south of Aurora, Missouri.
