Charles Donald “Don” Keeling, age 79, of Fairview, Missouri, passed away Tuesday, November 1, 2016 at the home of his granddaughter, Heather Gorman.
He was born May 26, 1937 in Rocky Comfort, Missouri, the son of Charles Woodrow and Maxine (Roberson) Keeling, who preceded him in death. Also preceding him in death were two sons, Tony Keeling and Dean Keeling; one brother, Max Keeling and a half-sister, Angela Prewitt.
Surviving are one son, Todd Keeling and his fiancée Lynn of Stark City, Missouri; two daughters, Tammy Anderson and her husband Robert of Tulsa, Oklahoma and Missy Keeling of Fairview, Missouri; six grandchildren; several great grandchildren and two half-sisters, Crystal Ross of Fairview, Missouri and Sarah Keeling of Wheaton, Missouri.
Don received his education at Fairview. For several years he was a meat cutter at Ramey’s and also Moore’s in Neosho. He was a member of Chapel of Grace Church in Monett, Missouri. He enjoyed his cattle and going to the sale barn.
Services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Monday, November 7, 2016 at Chapel of Grace Church in Monett, under direction of Fohn Funeral Home in Cassville. Burial will be at Muncie Chapel Cemetery in Wheaton.
The family will receive friends from 2:00 until 4:00 P.M. Sunday at Fohn Funeral Home in Cassville.
