Margarete J. Azbill, age 79, of Granby, Missouri passed away Monday, November 7, 2016 at the Granby House.
She was born July 16, 1937 in West Palm Beach, Florida the daughter of Billy and George (Hobbs) Free. She was united in marriage to Jerry Azbill, who preceded her in death. Also preceding her in death were her parents.
Surviving are one son, William “Lynn” Kelley and his wife Delores of Granby, Missouri; one daughter, Beth Schurr and her husband Kerry of Gardner, Kansas; five grandchildren, Ryan Kelley, Devon Kelley and her spouse Kaylee, Chris Colner, Andrew Schurr and Corey Schurr and two great grandchildren, Liliana Colner and MaKenna Colner.
Margarete received her education in Fort Pierce, Florida, where she graduated from high school. She was a homemaker and enjoyed reading and playing bingo. She was a member of the Stella Baptist Church.
Memorial services will be held at 10:00 AM, Saturday, November 12, 2016 at the Stella United Methodist Church. Pastor Pam Jackson will conduct the services.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 until 8:00 PM Friday at the Stella United Methodist Church.
Cremation arrangements are under direction of McQueen Funeral Home, Wheaton.
