(From Clark Funeral Home)Gabriel Allen Hofer, age 41, of Neosho, Missouri, formerly of Souix Falls, South Dakota, passed away suddenly at 11:55 a.m. on Saturday, May 14, 2022, at Freeman Hospital in Neosho.
He was born February 24, 1981, to the late Doug and Kathleen (Krutzinger) Hofer. Gabe lived in South Dakota most of his life and moved to Neosho in 2018. He loved doing concrete and yardwork, and spending time with family and friends.
On January 10, 2015, he married April (Buckley) Wenzel in Souix Falls, South Dakota. She survives him of the home.
Additional survivors include three stepchildren, Justin Buckley of Neosho, August and Jared Wenzel of Mitchell, South Dakota; and a half sister, Molly Bonestroo; and in-laws, Crystie and Brad Smith and their son, Wyatt Smith, and a host of aunts, uncles and cousins.
Private family services will be held at a later date. Arrangements have been conducted by the Clark Funeral Home in Neosho.
