(From Clark Funeral Home)Loydine L. Hulsey, Neosho, went to be with the Lord on May 27, 2022, at the age of 103. Loydine was born Nov. 5, 1918, in Neosho, the eldest of ten children to Loyd E. and Viola E. (Land) Jeffers. She was a lifelong area resident and a homemaker.
Loydine was a loving and Christian wife, mother, and nanny. She enjoyed to bicycle, hike, cooking and taking care of her family and sharing her love of the Lord with others.
Loydine was saved at the age of 9 and was a lifetime member of Northside Baptist Church, where she served as a Sunday school teacher and served on various committees.
On April 29, 1939, in Neosho, Missouri, Loydine married Bill L. Hulsey and he preceded her in death on October 12, 2015, after 76 years of marriage.
Loydine is survived by two children, Ruth Ann Campbell and husband, Bill and Billy D. Hulsey and wife, Karen, all of Neosho; one sister, Janice Mitchell of Anderson; seven grandchildren; seven great grandchildren and three great great granddaughters.
In addition to her husband and parents, she is preceded in death by four brothers, Bob, Bruce, Edward, and Jerry and four sisters, Virginia, Dorothy, Rosalee and Betty.
Graveside services are scheduled for Tuesday, May 31, 2022, at 2 pm at the Neosho IOOF Cemetery, Brother Pat Jeffers and Chaplain Joe Morris will officiate.
