(From Mason-Woodard Mortuary)Donald Lee McClanahan, age 93, of Joplin, MO, passed away on February 25th, 2025 after a lengthy illness.
Donald was born on July 21st, 1931 in Joplin, MO to his parents, Eldon P. McClanahan and Mildred L. (Austin) McClanahan.
He was a graduate of Missouri Southern State University. He joined the Navy after graduation where he served in Vietnam and Korea prior to retiring from the Navy.
Donald married his wife Mine on May 28th, 1960 in Yokohama, Japan, she preceded him in death.
Graveside services will be held at 9:00am, Friday, February 28th at Ozark Memorial Park Cemetery.
