(From Mason-Woodard Mortuary)Mary Evelyn Crow, 84, of Joplin, Missouri, passed away on Monday, February 24, 2025, at the Communities of Wildwood in Joplin after a lengthy illness.
Mary was born March 11, 1940, in Newton County, Missouri. She was a lifetime area resident.
She was an LPN at Freeman Hospital in Joplin, Missouri before retiring in 1998.
She was a member of the Joplin First Church of Nazarene.
She enjoyed reading, sewing, loved cats, and she loved her dog, “Pup Pup” before passing.
Survivors include, one son; Eric Ryan of Joplin, Missouri, two daughters; Katie Gibson of Joplin, Missouri and Misty Stout of Oklahoma, and several Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by one son; Rodney Ryan, one daughter; Lorraine Ngo, her parents; Paul A. and Leta Mae Smith Crow, three brothers; Johnnie Crow, Jerry Crow, and Jack Crow, and one sister Margie Cones.
There will be a visitation from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm Thursday, February 27, 2025, at the Mason-Woodard Mortuary.
Services will be at 2:00 PM Friday at the Mason-Woodard Chapel with Shana McGarrah, Pastor officiating.
Interment will be at New Salem Cemetery near Neosho, Missouri.
