(From Ulmer Funeral Home)Ariel Lou Carnes, infant daughter of Tray and Nickia Carnes, passed away on Thursday, December 25, 2025, at Cox South Hospital in Springfield, Missouri. Ariel brought a lot of joy and love to her parents in the short amount of time she was here.
Beside her parents, Ariel is survived by grandparents, Terry and Barb Carnes, and Kitty and Justin Martin; great-grandparents, Mark and Pam Martin, and Jay and Sue Middleton; aunts and uncles, Amanda Bittick (Eric), Shannon Mitchell (Cortney), Hunter Martin (Brenna), and Kimberley Willmschen (Marcus); and cousins, Kolby Mitchell, Logan Maggard, Carter Mitchell, Shaylee Mitchell, and Huntley Martin.
She was preceded in death by her grandma, Sally Carnes.
There will be a graveside service for Ariel at 2:00 PM on Friday, January 2, 2026, at Park Cemetery in Carthage, Missouri.
