Robyn Cook

Robyn G. Cook, age 48 of Neosho, MO., passed away early Saturday, December 20, 2025, surrounded by her loving family.

Robyn was born on March 2, 1977 at her home in Irvington, AL., the daughter of Wayne and Barbara (Trawick) Pyrtle. She worked in the printing department for Leggett & Platt. Robyn was a gifted and renowned Western Pencil Artist, she possessed the ability to make her drawings seem life-like. Robyn had an affinity for drawing ‘Rodeo Stock’ mainly bulls, her passion showed in her drawings.








Survived by her husband; James Shelton, as well as her parents; Wayne and Barbara, her sisters; Rachel Stewart of Everton, MO., Reva Blackman of Springfield, MO., and Renee Mitchell of Rich Hill, MO., and her niece and nephews; Mason, Cody, Hayden and Nathan.

A celebration of Robyn’s life has been scheduled for 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, December 23, 2025, at the Mason-Woodard Chapel. The family will receive friends during a time of visitation, immediately following the service.
