(From Clark Funeral Home)Joyce Elaine Moppin left this world on December 20, 2025, at her home in Neosho, Missouri, at the age of 86.
Joyce was born on July 15, 1939, in Rome City, Indiana, to Willard and Martha (Fetter) Refner.
She was a graduate from Auburn High School in Auburn. She later served her country as a member of the United States Army.
On June 7, 1958, she married Raymond Dale Moppin in Dallas, Georgia. They shared over five decades together until his death on February 21, 2012.
Joyce attended St. Canera Catholic Church in Neosho, Missouri, and was a member of St. Stephen Catholic Church in Bentonville, Arkansas.
Joyce is survived by her sons: Jeffery Moppin of Sanger, Texas; Gregory (Melissa) Moppin of Gravette, Arkansas; and Douglas Moppin of Neosho, Missouri. She is also survived by her sister, Chris (Tim) Costin of Indiana, and by six grandchildren.
