(From Parker Mortuary)Richard Coatney Boucher, 73, Joplin, passed away on December 25, 2025. He was born on December 6, 1952, in Loma Linda, California, to the late Kenneth and Evelyn (Miller) Boucher.
He served as President of the family business, Joplin Miracle Water, for several years. He later worked in code enforcement for the City of Joplin for 17 years.
Richard enjoyed riding motorcycles, yardwork, racing, and being involved with the Corvette Club and the Christian Motorcycle Association.
Richard is survived by his loving wife, Wendy Boucher; children, Brian Boucher and wife Kristen, Stacy DuPree, and Coatney Goyen; grandchildren, Corbin Boucher, Julia Mathes, Cooper Goyen, Jackson Goyen and Lincoln Goyen.
A Graveside service is planned for Wednesday, December 31, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. at Ozark Memorial Park Cemetery. The family invites friends for a time of visitation on Tuesday, December 30, 2025 from 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. at the mortuary.
Arrangements are under the direct care of Parker Mortuary in Joplin, MO.
