Cisco Lunsford

Cisco Lunsford, 88, passed away on March 3, 2026. He was born October 25, 1937, in Clay County, Kentucky, to Isaac Lunsford and Maggie May Napier Lunsford.

Cisco married the love of his life, Carol, on August 31, 1965. Together they built a life centered around family, hard work, and dedication. Carol preceded him in death

Cisco is survived by three children: David Lunsford and his wife Donna; Christina Mock and her husband Delaney; and Tamera Lunsford and her wife Meghan.








Cisco was a proud grandfather to ten living grandchildren, with one preceding him in death, and twenty-five great-grandchildren, with two preceding him in death. He also leaves behind many nieces and nephews who will cherish his memory.

He was one of seventeen children. Those who preceded him in death include his siblings Roscoe, Estil, Doc, Walter, Susie, Donnie, Novella, Luther, Leroy, and Bonnie. He survives by his siblings Alonzo, Billy, Vanoy, Thelma, Abe, and Eulamay.








Cisco served in the United States military as a young man. After leaving the service in 1958, he began building greenhouses, a career that would become his life’s work. Over the years, Cisco worked in every state except Hawaii. His skill and dedication took him around the world, including building houses in Morocco, Africa. He worked on and built some of the most well-known and intricate greenhouses in the country and was often referred to as “the best of the best.”

Cisco will be remembered for his hard work, craftsmanship, and devotion to his family.

A memorial service will be held March 28, 2026, at 1:00 PM at the Family Life Center in Cassville, Missouri.

Arrangements are under the direction of White Funeral Home and Crematory in Cassville, Missouri.
