He was born in Monett, Missouri on September 16, 1947; the son of the late Bertram and Mildred Wilson.
Dale is survived by one sister: Donna Hotchkiss (Charles) of Harrisonville, Missouri.
He was preceded in death by his parents; Bertram and Mildred and three brothers; John, Eugene, and Michael.
