Hector Navarro

Hector Amado Navarro, age 68, passed away on Wednesday, February 2, 2022 at Mercy Hospital of Joplin.

Hector was born September 13, 1953 in San Salvador, El Salvador. He worked diligently in the construction business remodeling houses. He spent most of his lifetime in Maryland. 

He enjoyed the challenge of repairing things. His passion was fishing and the stories that went with it. Hector had a big heart and was extremely selfless, always looking out for his family and others. He knew that the USA would provide opportunities and brought his then wife and her family to Maryland. He devoted his entire life to making sure the family was taken care of regardless what hardships he went through. His positive attitude was contagious, he always wanted others to be happy. He was proud of his entire family. His engaging personality will be missed by anyone that met him.

Hector is survived by his two children, James Navarro and Sindy Pinto.

Cremation arrangements are under the special care of Parker Mortuary.
