(From Clark Funeral Home)Debbie Kay Whitman was born February 4, 1961 in Naremberg, Germany, the daughter of Glen P. and Cleta Morris.
She was a graduate of Neosho High School and obtained her associates degree from Crowder College in drafting and computer repairs. She had a love for animals and was known to take in any and all that crossed her path.
Debbie is survived by her son, Parker Whitman of Willard, Missouri; one brother, Glen Paul Morris of Neosho and several grandchildren.
