(From Paul Thomas Funeral Home)Ryan Alan Rupert of Miami, OK passed from this life Thursday, February 24, 2022 at family home in Miami after a battle with cancer. He was 45.
Ryan was born April 5, 1976 in Joplin, MO to Larry David and Barbara Ann (Corn) Rupert. He had lived in Miami all his life. He graduated from Miami High School class of 1994 and attended N.E.O. A & M College in Miami, OK. He was a machine operator at Schaeffler Group (FAG Bearings) for 26 years in Joplin, MO.
He enjoyed hunting and working on family farmland in Welch with his daughter.
He was preceded in death by his father Larry Rupert.
Survivors include his daughter Kacie Rupert of Wyandotte, OK, his mother Barbara Rupert of Miami, OK, 1 sister Rachelle McCord and husband Brian of Miami, OK, 1 grandson Ryan David Lawson of Wyandotte, OK and 1 niece Andryah McCord of Grove, OK.
Graveside services will be 10:00 a.m. Monday, February 28, 2022 at G.A.R. Cemetery in Miami, OK. Pastor Ken Gerhart will officiate. Jeff Folsom, Greg Blalock, Ryan Pittman, Wayne Springer, Allen Tousignant, Brian McCord and Scott Musgrave will serve as pallbearers. The family will receive friends 3 to 5 p.m. Sunday at Paul Thomas Funeral Home Chapel in Miami, OK.
