Erma Donoho

Erma Jean Donoho, age 91 of Diamond, MO, passed away on Wednesday, March 15th peacefully at her home. Jean was born on April 18, 1931 in Chelsea, Oklahoma, the daughter of the late Alfred and Ruby Most. She graduated from Diamond HS in 1949. 

After graduating she went to Kansas City and attended secretarial school and then married and moved to Tulsa. Jean and Keith also lived in Oklahoma, Arkansas, and Nebraska, finally settling in Joplin. She worked for many years as a secretary for the Joplin School District. After retiring they made their final home in Diamond, MO.








Jean was a member of the church of Christ. She enjoyed sewing and cooking and used those talents to bless her children, grandchildren and friends.

She married Keith Donoho on February 24, 1951 in Cushing, Oklahoma.

Survivors include one son, David (Dini) Donoho of Duenweg, MO, three daughters, Sherri (Tim) Mann of Pierce City, MO, Becky (Steve) Johnson of Diamond, MO and Kathy (Chad) Grider of Mt. Vernon, MO. One sister, Karen Dickinson of Tulsa, OK; 12 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Keith, and her son, Kevin Donoho.








Services will be 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, March 21st at Mason-Woodard Mortuary. Ervin Hill and Chad Grider, officiating. Burial will be in Ozark Memorial Park Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6-7 p.m. Monday at Mason-Woodard Mortuary.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions to be made to the Fair Haven Children’s Home.
