(From Clark Funeral Home)Rosemary Spoley was born September 10, 1940 in Wichita, Kansas, the daughter of Robert and Rose A. (Seidle) Fouquet. She entered into rest on March 17, 2023 in Joplin, Missouri at the age of 82.
Rosemary worked as a paralegal in the corporate insurance industry. She had lived in Edmond, Oklahoma for many years before moving to Neosho seven months ago.
Rosemary was an avid reader, she enjoyed shopping and was a good cook. She was of the Catholic faith. Rosemary is survived by two sons, Michael (Ellen) Garrett of Granby, Missouri and Christopher Garrett of McAlister, Oklahoma; two grandsons, Timothy Garrett and Brent Garrett; two great grandchildren, Elizabeth and Liam; two brothers, Joseph Fouquet and Michael Fouquet and three sisters, Roberta, Jean and Paulette. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Robert Spoley and brother, Donnie Orth.
Rosemary has been taken for cremation and no services are planned.
