Bruce Johnson

Bruce Leroy Johnson, age 61, Webb City, passed away on Saturday, January 27, 2024 at Freeman West Hospital in Joplin.

Bruce was born November 6, 1962 in Joplin, and grew up in Joplin where he graduated from Memorial High School in 1981. He then attended Missouri Southern State University in Joplin where he received his bachelor's degree. He worked for years with Eagle Picher retiring as an inspector. He was also an active member of Forest Park Baptist Church where he enjoyed his time teaching in Awana.

Bruce was preceded in death by his parents, Clell Leroy Johnson and Delores Imogene (McAfee) Johnson.

Survivors include his brother, Gary Johnson and wife Linda of Tacoma, WA, and a nephew, Adam Wayne Johnson of Seattle, WA; several cousins.

Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Parker Mortuary with memorial services to be held at a later date.
