(From Parker Mortuary)Charlotte Kay Solomon passed away on February 23, 2024, in Tulsa, Oklahoma. She was born on February 18, 1942, in Carl Junction, Missouri, to the late Orville and Mary Irwin.
A dedicated employee, Charlotte retired from Cliffstar in Webb City, Missouri. Charlotte found peace and solace on the water, especially at her beloved lake home in Grove. She loved being outdoors, from fishing to gardening.
Charlotte's family was the centerpiece of her life. She is survived by her children, Chad Willis, Libby Tabor (Kendall), and Debbie Madison (Charlie); grandchildren, Levi Willis, Tawnee Parker (Derek), Jon Tabor, Jake Solomon, Kinley Madison, Kasondra Stewart (Ryan), Malachi Madison, and the anticipated joy of her first great-grandchild, Baby Parker; siblings, Dale Irwin and Lynette Johnson-Hardcastle; step-siblings, Richard Cook (Sydney), Jim Cook (Lucy), Joann Rolleg, and Jerry Sue Rentfro.
She was preceded in death by her husbands, Jon Solomon, who passed in 1997, and Mike Outlaw, who passed in August 2023; beloved son, Eric Willis; grandchild, Jace Madison; siblings, Robin, Ford, Danny, Kenny, Richard, Roger, Nyla Sue, and Deanie; and mother-in-law, Sue Cook.

A memorial service is planned for Friday, March 1, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. at Parker Mortuary Chapel in Joplin, Missouri. The family invites friends for a time of visitation at 1:00 p.m. at the mortuary. Arrangements are under the direction of Parker Mortuary.
