(From Clark Funeral Home)Dennis Carl Henderkott, 67. Granby, entered into rest on February 24, 2024, in Joplin, Missouri.
Dennis was born on February 11, 1957, in Davenport, Iowa. He enlisted in the U.S. Navy in 1974 and was honorably discharged in 1979. He was an over the road truck driver until his retirement and moved to Granby in 2020 from Springfield, Missouri.
Dennis enjoyed NASCAR, Star Trek and fishing.
On February 28, 1975, in San Diego, California, Dennis and Deanna (Crockett) were united in marriage and she survives of the home.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by three daughters, Jennifer Meyers and husband, Will of Willard, Missouri, Kelly Webb and husband, Paul of Collins, Missouri and Kristin Dale Henderkott and Scott of Neosho, Missouri; eight grandchildren, William Meyers, Jamie Moore, Brea Webb, Katie Hood, Gus Webb, Ira Webb, Elicia Clingfost and Emily Tygart and seven great grandchildren.
He is preceded in death by a sister, Carmen.
